I had my 4 grandchildren pictures done with. I ordered 4,000 dollars worth, a portrait book, and pictures to hang on wall. I have already paid 3,400, I had been paying by weekly 500. On the last time ko one would answer phone for payment. I kept calling, no answer. After about 3 months I got a call to pay my balance but a cheaper price than I owed, of course I said yes, I was suppose to pay that friday but once again no answer... I just want the pictures of my grandbaby's . But DEFINITELY THE MONEY BACK THAT I DID PAY.... I havd tried so many ways to find how to get ahold of them..its very upsetting... Resolution Sought Pay me back the 3,400 plus ALL my pictures and portrait book...I wouldn't ask for the money but what they did is WRONG and truthfully I probably will never see either...
