Bought fitbit Charge6 to replace previous broken fitbit versa 2. Won't charge orvturn back on. They said it's past the warranty and I can purchase a new one from them at a discount. I had my previous fitbit for 4 years. It still charges. It still works however band Won't stay attached. This was supposed to be better and it has horrible reviews for not charging. Very disappointed in the product and customer service from fitbit was unhelpful. I will never purchase anything from Google. They have no liability for anything Resolution Sought Charge6 fixed! If they sell the devices they should sell replacement chargers.

I purchase a new Fitbit off the Amazon website. It crashed within the one year warranty period which is happening with many Charge 5 trackers. Fitbit says they will not honor the warranty because it was not purchased through an authorized dealer. Amazon failed to mention that purchasing the watch through a seller on their platform would nullify the warranty. Resolution Sought Either Fitbit or Amazon fix or replace the watch.
