We signed up for a membership about 12 years ago, that if we pay in advance for 3 years at $300.00 for an initial payment, we could renew for another 3 years for the $49.00. But today when I went in to the gym, they informed me that my membership had expired and they would not be honoring the agreement we have had for the past 12 years. When I asked why not or if something had changed at the corporate level, they said no, they just were not going to honor the agreement. They did not send any notification prior to inform us of the change. Resolution Sought to honor the agreement of $49.00 for 3 years
