I seen a mouse run across the floor.

Attempted to spend the night to enjoy Sunday evening. while relaxing in the room I seen a mouse run across the floor. I was very distraught / disturbed by this. We were offered another room but the damage was done we left immediately. Mainteance Management needs to be held accountable also call pest control or shut the establishment down.

The place is infested with bedbugs ants mice roaches and mold and mildew I see why they losing business like they are now. The last time I stayed there I got ate up with bedbugs they need new mattress in all of their rooms. I ate at the buffet and roaches was crawling on the buffet line I even saw mice running around on the hotel floors the rooms smell like mold and mildew you can even see the mold on the furniture and the ceiling of the rooms .
The place needs to be shut down asap
