I had a previous car that I had no problems with and my payment where made on time. I was paying my car payment until it went in the shop for 4 months which I was told by the dealer they were going to make payments when they had it. I did not hear anything else from the bank until I got a letter from the attorney stating that I owe 31000 and then I received a letter stating that my account was charged off. Resolution Sought I would like for them to either switch it out or give me something else to drive that way don't have have a problem paying for.
