I purchased a 2014 camera a couple months ago. I was pressured into buying it and wasn't happy with the way it ran. Smart choice in Oxnard is where I got it. They were rude and not welcoming my request or my concern for what needed to be fixed. I didn't pay the first payment until they looked at my car . Five star had my car reposed and on my credit report dec7 i paid a payment. So why was my car taken. Resolution Sought I would like my car back or given another one cause I didn't like what they sold me.

Customer purchased vehicle 10/11/2022, she did mention to us that the vehicle had problems. We advised her to talk to dealer and call service warranty co and see if they could help her. 1st payment came due 11/25/2022 and was never made, vehicle was repo'd 12/21/2022 after many attempts to collect many broken promises. Contract was sold back to selling dealer (buy back). She was in our office theday after th erepo yelling and threatening us. I told her to talk to the dealer about getting her car back, we would no longer finance her.
