Extremely rude and unprofessional

One of your workers is extremely rude and unprofessional. I go into your location a couple times a week. In the last visit on 5/15/19 I was attempting to make a purchase and the worker began yelling and told him to leave the store for no reason. I called in an attempt to speak with a manager regarding the situation and the same worker answered the phone and once again began yelling and cussing telling me I can never return to the store. No reason or explanation has been given as to why I can longer shop at your location. I am not sure why this particular worker is behaving in this matter and I don’t experience this from any of the other workers.
