I recently bought a 2012 BMW 328I or put a down payment of $3500 I was supposed to be finance the rest so I think it came out to about 14,000 I didn't really thoroughly check the car because I'm a female and I really don't I just know I needed a car so I went and got the car I had it for about 30 days or less than 30 days when April 5 a car rear ended me causing a dent left rear I then noticed that the tires were really bald and all the way past where marks well the car tire on the rear left side ended up going flat causing the car not to be drivable I called five star motors and told them about the situation including the ball tires the lady said that they were going to take the car back and keep my down payment saying that I was late when I wasn't late at all she told me that my payment would be due at the end of April I don't know if she said this to delay the payment so they can try to take the car back but that's what they did and they gave me the car with the car's tires been completely bored I complained about that they didn't do anything about that and the finance company didn't the deal didn't go through and they felt contact me and let me know I need help getting my down payment back I am down on my luck and this dealership totally took AdvantageWhen they took the car they took my laptop that I work with a PlayStation five some valuables clothes that I really want and need back they were not told me where the car was located so I can retrieve my my belongings I r Resolution Sought I would like the business to give me back my belongings and my money back and to let the insurance look at the damages I would like for them to do the right thing what they're supposed to not rob me
