Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

August 27 I took my phone to fixAphone, to be look at to see if they could fix it. After I drop it in water. I paid the 50$ diagnostic test, and my phone needed the camera repaired, the screen replaced And the motherboard to be worked on. I kept In contact every few days, for updates. I got my phone back last week, as soon I walked outside I seen my camera still did not work. So I walk back in and ask him about it, he said it still needed another update and ask if I had wifi at home, I said yes. Showed me how to do it when I got home, got home did it, still didn't work. So i called him back he said he needed to call Samsung and see why another update hasn't come threw? Which made no sense, but I waited. He never called me back or tried to. So I called Samsung and had my phone sent in there, they proceed to tell me that my motherboard still had water damage, the screen still needed replaced and my camera still didn't work. So I received another 700$ bill for something that was already done by fixAphone?! So clearly they did not do it. Clearly calling them isn't going to resolve my issue, I don't want to argue to be rude, I just simply want my phone fixed, I paid a service and never received it. Simply as that. Resolution Sought Refund for work they did not do, and I have proof because I sent my phone to Samsung after receiving it back, and the exact issues what was suppose to be fix has not been fixed.
