In 2021 I purchased a FIXD sensor from FIXD online. I paid $19.99 for the part and was subscribed to a premium membership that I never used. Recently, I noticed a charge $69.99 on my credit card account and decided to call the company. I didn't ask for refund for 2022 subscription that I never used but instead I asked for the cancelation of subscription and the return of $69.99 recurring charges for the 2023 year. I called the company and explained the situation but they refused. The representative told me that it should be email sent to my address notifying me about the recurring charges but I never received anything from FIXD telling me about the upcoming charges that is so convenient for them. Resolution Sought Return $69.99 to my account.
