I paid Rob the owner of Fixx All for 3 different jobs at the same time for 2 different houses roof leak. 2 Windows repair different house. Rob has given me many excuses over pass 2 months he ignorés my calls and voicemails. He wanted money up front for labor & Materials which was supposed to be done same day I live in New York and he took advantage of me being out of state. The one time I got a hold of him he said he was going to resolve the service calls but never did and refusés to return my money for jobs that were not done. He said he is extremely busy and has other customers to do. When I said I paid for the jobs they need to be done he just ignores me he has had access for over 1-2 months to get the jobs done and refuses to contact me. Please resolve Thank You Resolution Sought Money returned. Rob is unreliable Thank You
