Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

In March I received a call saying my March car payment had not been made. I checked my account and check 3991 dated 2/25/22 was cashed on 3/4/22 by flagship. I sent copy of front and back of check along with my bank statement 3 times and this has still not been resolved. No one calls me back. Emails are not answered and everyone promises to get to the bottom of this. Called again 8/16 and they offered to send my payment history which I already have. This has been very frustrating. I've done all the work for them. Given proof needed yet this is still not resolved Resolution Sought Got my account current
