A tipm was purchased from this company for my 2011 dodge avenger and they sent a defective part so I was asked to return the part back and they would test the part I sent and then determine if that part could be fixed or if a replacement needed to be programmed and sent to me they made me wai a month and during the whole time I was told false information and finally received the part after they said it was inspected programmed and made ready for my car upon receiving the part the fuse or colorful boxes weren't in the unit they're saying they've never heard of this and for me to send them a picture of the part with the missing boxes I have emails stating that they were doing a thorough inspection and replacing procedure and it wasn't that I'm still without my car have missed work for a month and my daughter had to miss work because I couldn't get to her to babysit my grandchildren and I'm still missing work and doctors appointment and can't do anything I really want more than the pet was worth idk if I can even ask for more than the part was worth for pain and suffering and loss of wages du to their mishandling of the situation and also the misrepresentation of what they said would be don and what was actually done Resolution Sought To be given the proper part for my car or to be refunded the amount of the part and an extra 300 for missed wages

The pcm I was sent was broken and didn't work with my car. I sent it back and they refused to refund my money and only give me store credit. I bought a new one from dodge because the one they sent was not in working order abd it was going to be over a month of back and forth. I didn't want to pay multiple shipping and have My car down for weeks. Resolution Sought Refund my money.
