I purchased four items on flamingo.shop on Facebook but I looked them up and downloaded the app I've been sending emails asking for my product and their responses they need a couple more days it's well been over a month they received all their payment in full I also reported to them that I was going to be calling the better Business bureau in filing a complaint against their company for false advertisement I have evidence in emails if you need to look at them Resolution Sought Refund me all my money and if I could I would shut that company down I believe that they're nothing but a scam

Order a pair of jeans early September and have not received the package. Company has claimed the package is in vicinity of delivery since Sept.21. I have sent messages and get no response. Also, the company has the contact button disabled because it doesn't work so no one has the means to contact them to complain or get money back. Resolution Sought Refund.
