We arrived 8/2 we were given a dirty room we complained the worker said she would refund 2 nights resort then they gave us another dirty room that they claimed to be clean. It was hair in the shower trash in trashcan and random trash in the room and no toilet paper. We went back downstairs and complained about the room where they gave us another dirty room on the 26th fl at this time this is the 3rd room and we were tired of moving so we went to Walmart and got cleaning supplies and cleaned ourselves. Before it was redtape on the doors to let you know it's clean and covid safe. At checkout I was informed after to speaking with a supervisor that she would refund my resort fees. Then I check my account and they credited 2 nights on one room and 1 on the other but that is not was what was told to me. It's not fair they tell you one thing and put something else in there computer. So I called today and spoke to Crystal who stated in the notes they only comped 3 nights and she could not see the full receipt and I would have to call back and talk to someone in accounting. This is ridiculous I have stayed in this hotel 4 times in the last year and never had these issues. This time our room hallways elevator were dirty. The safe was broke in one room. It was homeless guy laying on the floor with security standing over him not doing anything no shower curtain in the bathroom no extra toilet paper and towels. I have pictures and video of the rooms if needed Resolution Sought I just want my resort fees back. Resort fees are for WIFI, cleaning of the hotel and pool usage. The whole week the elevators hallways were dirty with homeless people in them. We had to move 3 times and still clean our own room, request towels toilet paper etc. This is not a covid friendly hotel if your giving out dirty rooms claiming they are clean.
