Tried to stay at Flamingo Inn 5/24-5/27. Website said at the time (can provide proof) 18+ can check in. Tried to check in, the man told us that the age was 21 and to find a person off the street who is 21 to sign us in. We asked for a refund which they said would be granted and we told them we weren't staying for the weekend. Went to get the refund but they never gave it to us and told us they had no record of us paying or anything even though we have confirmation. We filed a dispute with the bank and got it disputed which was granted after a few days. They then 2 months later, 7/23, the company decided that "an error never occurred" with the motel and they claim nothing happened. They then revoked the dispute. My bank, Expedia who we booked through, and the motel refuse to give the money back. Resolution Sought Refund the stated amount above as we never stayed there and never checked in. Full refund should be issued.
