I purchased tickets for a "Walk Off the Earth" band concert 11-25-19 for a concert on 4-9-2020. Concert rescheduled due to Covid to occur in August 2020, the rescheduled to 2-20-21. Concert canceled 1-23-21, refund promised "within 90 days," never refunded. I have called, emailed, left messages, begged, and pleaded with personnel and they say they "tried" to refund my credit card. Then they stalled saying "did the credit card expire?" They claim they tried "multiple times" to credit my card. I insisted on a paper check, but they still haven't refunded my money. It's too late to dispute it through the credit card company due to Flat Rate Ticket Sales' delays. I'm unable to contact them via email or phone, and now I'm reluctant to give them any more information because I don't trust them. Resolution Sought I want my money back $220.18

We have reached out to the customer. Our system will not allow us to hold credit card information past a certain point. Please have the customer call 818-300-1115 so we can get a new cc number and refund them.

I spoke with someone at the number provided on 7-20-21 and they were polite and helpful and said they would refund my money. As of today, no refund has been made. I called and left them a message that this is fraud and they should be arrested for stealing my money and insisting the refund be applied immediately. I received a snarky text in response saying "It takes 3-5 business days depending on your bank. Nobody frauded you." I insist this credit be applied immediately. We are way past the promised "90 days" since January 2021. Please compel the company to refund my money. My next step is to contact the California Attorney General's office.
