I placed a order and never received the product. It's been a month and they are not responding to any of my e-mails. Resolution Sought Get a refund.

This email is in response to the numerous emails we've received in regards to your delicious "Dippin Dash Butter" sauces. As some of you may know Dame is currently hospitalized for an unexpected health issue. He's getting better and better and will be home within the next few days or week. We do apologize for the delay in your order and we have hired a team to take over the order production and we will be working overtime to get your order out to you within the following days to come.
