I paid for driving classes and the 5 hours class and road test in July. I took two classes. They went okay, but first the driver was not showing up at the right address so I had to catch her two streets away, and the third class I never scheduled, I have text proofs and the driver showed up unexpectedly the fourth again they changed my class last minute saying they sent a message what I actually never got I have proofs also and the driver left after 7! minutes waiting. After all that they want me to pay extra 35$ each missed classes before they let me take the 5 hours class or go for road test. They refused to discuss a problem, telling me come back this Saturday ect.. instead of calling the customer who is a busy mom. I want partially refund and take my business elsewhere, which is equals 280$ after the two classes. I have a baby so whenever I have a class had to hire a nanny so I know what was and was not scheduled. Resolution Sought 280$ Refund.
