This business is careless and unprofessional. My dog, Minnie who is a 5 year old Australian Shepard had surgery this morning at cross lanes veterinarian and at 12:26pm the doctor called me to tell me the surgery was successful but she found a cotton ball lodged deep in Minnie's ear. She asked who I got her groomed by and recommended I let them know and don't take her there anymore. Since I made a post about Minnie, several people have come forward with horror stories about what this woman has done to their animals. If the vet wouldn't have found Minnie's that in her ear then it would've stayed and potentially causing major health issues such as loss of hearing. My dog is my baby. I want this taken seriously and this kind of abusive to end. Resolution Sought I would like this business to be shut down and stripped of their grooming license immediately.
