Very dangerous windows in their 1998 double wide mobile homes.

I bought a double wide Fleetwood mobile home in 1998 and all the Windows if you pull them out to clean the little frame around all of them fall apart in your hand and all four sides do. I almost cut my hands many times from the big piece of glass. I'm still dealing with the dangerous windows. How can I go after fleetwood? So many dangers I have found as a owner for almost 20 years of having bought their mobile home. No shutoff valves where they should have been to vent problems and their garden bath is dangerous all in its own. How in the world did HUD ever approve it is beyond me. Have they been sued? Now that I'm older, the Windows are so dangerous and around the back door a inch of ice forms on the inside all around the back door every winter.I put years of hard work into some of the flaws I found. Not the dangerous windows. If their is ever a fire. I would be cut to death from the Windows alone in trying to get out. The washing machine was and pipes was instilled in the wrong side. Where they seemed it and when it comes to carpet is another thing. The thick ice that has formed for years on my inside of my back door that last year I had to close it off from the outside. If I ever had to run out of it. I would not be able to. That becomes dangerous especially when the ice melts and hits the floor in the kitchen near the Electric sockets that are near the floor. It warped a part of my floor. The frame around the door has always did that.Fleetwood should not get away with it. I'm still paying on it. The vents in the bathroom have cold air come in so I had to put plastic wrap over it. God I could cry over this place and all the work I put into it. The Windows have always been like that and the screens to. You remove a window and they are big and the little cheap frame on all 4sides come off where you have to take the big glass and try to put all 4 pieces back on. ?????? My bathtub that cheap plastic garden tub is so hard to step up and crawl into. Even when I first bought it, I smiled many times. It is so hard to even get into without grab on to a handle. So hard to clean. My back is bad now which makes it much worse.
