We bought furniture from this business on 12/7/23. Went to pickup on 12/8/23, the couches were full of bed bugs. I made a complaint with Jerrett Flesher @765-716-8418 to refund our money. He said he was aware that there was a problem, but nothing he could do. He took our money and said he could throw them away for us, but would not refund anything. I said we were not made aware of the bugs. He said we usually say it, but it was in a dark corner, so they overlooked them. This is the most disgusting business practice, right at Christmas ripping people off! This is a huge business trying to scam unaware customers! Resolution Sought We want our money refunded!

To whom it may concern, Linda Tucker's complaint pertains to items she purchased in the James R. Hudson Online Absolute Auction. The auction was hosted on Hibid's bidding platform. The Hibid bidding platform requires prospective bidders to accept the terms and conditions of the sale prior to being allowed to bid in the online auction. The terms and conditions for this particular sale are attached. They can also be found on our website at www.flesherbrothers.com. I would like to highlight a few items in the Terms & Conditions of this sale that make Linda's complaints invalid. * All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults. * All descriptions believed accurate but not guaranteed. * By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. On December 4, 2023 at 7:10 PM. Linda Tucker registered for this online auction. Again, she would have had to accept the terms and conditions prior to registering for the auction. No Bids can be placed prior to this step. For this auction, a Live-In Person preview was offered for bidders to physically inspect the items. The preview was held on 12/06/2023 from 4:30-5:30 P.M. Linda Tucker chose not to attend the preview, therefore, per the Terms and Conditions the items were to her satisfaction. Again, Linda Tucker registered on 12/04/2023 at 7:10 PM. per the HiBid timestamp. The preview took place on 12/06/2023 from 4:30-5:30 P.M. which she chose to NOT attend. The auction ended on 12/07/2023 at 7:00 P.M. Linda was given ample time to inspect the items, by not attending the preview that signifies that the items are to her satisfaction. All sales are final.
