Purchase Hair, and never received the Hair from the business. Hello the name of business is flexafter9.net I have purchased from this company February 9 I sent her $1034 for some hair she told me her processing time is 14 to 15 days and after the processing time is over I should receive my hair within one to two business days that never happened she told me there was a delay in her shipment and my hair should be shipped out the next following Monday. I haven't received anything. The only thing I have received it from her was the tracking number which is 9405536105536452248469. And it only say on February 27 tracking label created in the warehouse is waiting for my shipment so I wrote her and advised her of the discrepancy. I'm getting from my tracking number she's been telling me wait for it to update days later no update has given so I've been asking her for a refund and to cancel my order she blocks me from her social media and from her phone number. Resolution Sought I would like a refund on my whole entire order of the amount of $1034.

I made a $1080 purchase on September 12. Waited 20 business days, and never got any information, so I emailed the contract information from their Instagram three times over the following weeks. No one responded. Resolution Sought Give me a refund.
