Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. This company has randomly begun charging my card monthly in 2023 despite cancelling my subscription in 2020. I've made several efforts to contact the company, but it seems like a ghost company because there is no way to directly contact a person. Resolution Sought They need to stop falsely charging me and they need to respond to inquiries.

While we have offered our app free of charge in the past, we recently updated our terms of service requiring users to pay a monthly fee to access our app and for new features and services on our platform going far beyond our initial free offering. We notified all users via email prior to the change. This email also included an option to opt out of the new terms/membership. In regards to this customer, the client has issued a chargeback and we have not disputed. The customer has been credited back as a result. We make every effort to respond to our customers requests with an immediate response whenever possible and hold ourselves to the highest standard.
