When I moved to Georgia, I was in need of tires and went to Mavis Auto in Braselton Georgia, and was told I also needed brakes, I was told that the tires I had ordered online were the wrong size even though I had gotten the size off of the tires on the vehicle. I was made to feel if I waited I would be involved in an accident whether the brakes failed or they locked up. Of course I was scared, didn't have enough money readily available. I was talked into taking out a loan through Flex Shopper. I am not sure where they are located, phone #855-353-9289 . My order lease number 32EE13E82A58 I was also given leased property numbers as Durable-39463 and it was listed twice. Soon after that someone hacked my account and I had to cancel my debit card and wait 10 business days for a new debit card. Of course there was no understanding of my bank was in a different state and that I do not have checks,ok so we got through that hump, and I lost my new debit card in Walmart because it clung to my phone and I did not realize it fell out. Customer service desk did not even care, didn't take my name or phone number so I cancelled that debit card. A mother wait this time was over two weeks. Evidently as I was told today by a little twit, I missed my payment on 11/09/2023 and that is why on 11/27/2023 the payment was taken out. I reminded her that on 11/09/23 payment for the balance of my account clear my bank on 11/13/2023 in the amount of $286.73. My account was paid off. Resolution Sought I want the two payment s that flex shopper withdrew from my account one on 11/27/2023 for amount of $108.88 and the one on December 8, 2023 to be returned to me today. I have contacted them three it has been almost 5 were since they were supposed to have requested a refund on December 8. I am late on my rent because of them and I want their smugness to apologize to me . Their mistake and I want my money in my account today NOW

On 12/11/23 placed order an paid for an xbox. Was told delivery in a week. Then told 12/20. After no delivery requested cancellation. As of 12/30 item is still not delivered item is still not canceled as requested and my account keeps being debited. Company will not return my calls and is not helpful on the chats. Resolution Sought Refund my money an update the account to show I do not have the item and to stop debuting my account for the item.
