I brought some items back on 06/07/23. I never received my items and disputed this transaction with my bank. :Michigan First Credit union with help to receiving my money back. My bank was unsuccessful. During the month 06/06/23. USP sent me away without investigating. I never got my money back or an proper reason why my package wasn't delivered. Please help! I just want my money back. Resolution Sought I would like them to return my money in full via check or bank account.

Hello there. This owner or representative that contacted me via email wanted me to response via text which I did and I had to block this person. They're claiming that I haven't reached out to them before the 90 days which is a lie. They're also claiming that I was not available to receive my package which is also a lie. I have all emails that I tried multiple times to reach out to this company for my refund or my package and they're also claiming that I would have to contact their "printer" because that is where the package went back to after USP sent it back. I also have proof that I disputed this with my bank. Furthermore, the owner or representative was nasty and called me nasty names in my attempt to get a refund or the package. I have never had this happen before with anyone I shopped with online. This is a very embarrassing situation for me and I hope you all can help me out. Also, this company offered me a refund with in a year. And I do not accept. I would like my refund back as soon as possible.
