Consistent issues with billing, pickup trash and refusal to remove dumpster off my property after repeatedly requesting. I've even gone to my aldermen office to ask for help. Due to lack of garbage removal, we got fined by the City of Chicago $350. Resolution Sought Cancel remaining contract and remove dumpster and no further billing. Request phone correspondence and additional records related to this issue proving my good faith efforts to resolve this issue.

I live in the Cambridge Lakes TH in Pingree Grove (901 Emerald Dr.) and I have had my mailbox replaced a total of 3 times due to damage. Partly because of a neighbor who puts their cans on the grass close to my mailbox instead of on the driveway pavement. Because of the closeness to my mailbox the arm of the garbage truck smashes into my mailbox. The association sent the neighbor a notice to put cans in appropriate place, so this does not continue to happen and they asked me to write you and complain. I would have hoped if anything the guys working our route would have gotten out of the truck to move the cans prior to picking them up knowing that is going to happen. The last two times I had the box replaced it was within the same week, so it was damaged the same week I got it replaced. Resolution Sought I would appreciate that if it is noticed that the arm of the truck is going to smash into my mailbox because the cans are too close to the box that they would get out of the truck and move it prior to picking it up. After all the mailbox does not belong to the person putting the cans there.
