This complain is about Floor & Decors Special Financing option practice. I recently purchased some materiel for my house remodeling from Floor & Decors branch store at Mission Viejo, CA and at the Cashier, they offered me special financing option of 0 for 1 year, i thought it was tentative so i signed up for it, and started to making payments monthly despite the 0 , but after 1 year expired i still had some balance left on it and when i received my statement i was surprised to see there was a fee of 29.9 interest fee charged on my whole original balance added to my remaining balance, when i inquire about it, they told me that was the deal that if the whole balance not paid off, they will add the fee for the whole original balance regardless. I found it very misleading, they never tell you the detail at the cashier on all detail and they only advertise the good part! i found this practice very misleading. I am seeking help to get my money back from Floor & Decors for deceptive practice Resolution Sought To refund my money back and only add interest charge on the balance that was remained!
