On July 28,2022 I returned merchandise back to Floor and Decor. I was denied the return for "not having a receipt "which I did. At first arrival, the cashier asked for my telephone number and started returning not caring for the receipt or not. The transaction was denied and I was given the number to the retail equation for further assistance. With much hassle, I resolved my issue with the retail equation providing a letter that had to be postal mailed (ridiculous in this day and age) and phone calls that felt I was not getting clear answers. Finally after 2 months waiting on a response I received an approval that I can return the merchandise. All because the BBB was involved. To my surprise, on September 12,2022 I again proceeded to F&L Paramus, I explained everything that happened the first time to the Same cashier attending me again. I was again denied the transaction , I asked to speak to someone that can help me, hesitantly the cashier called Chris. Chris took a picture of my approval from the TRE left for 20 minutes and returned to let me know he can't help me, I need to call Tiffany the operations manager the next day. I have been calling and emailing since and til this day no response from F&D. I'm very disappointed in this process. F&D has been playing a cat and mouse game. This has been a nightmare for me. Please help. It seems F&D is purposely denying returns to customers and then putting them through a Nightmare not to return money. Resolution Sought Return my $267.81 owed to me.
