I returned a sample tile we did not end up using, the original purchase was paid cash and I could not locate the receipt. The cashier told me if I found it my gift card could be traded in for cash. About a week later I found the receipt came in to get my cash refund because I don't need the card (we finished our job) and the manager Cindy said I can't do it because it's more then $2.50. Then she had the nerve to be rude to me when I was walking out, said "have a nice day" like it was a joke. I have spent nearly $10k remodeling my home using Floor and Decor and you guys are going to screw me over less than $50.00? I don't need anything else from your store I want my money back. You got your merchandise from me. What is the problem? Resolution Sought Cash out my gift card and refund me in cash like I was originally told I could do. I'd have never returned the tile in the first place because I knew the receipt was at home but the girl said go ahead and do it. It was a big heavy piece of tile so I trusted her word.
