Flooring was installed 10/2021, Justin the installer, damaged the click and lock mechanism when installing the flooring throughout the home which is now creating lifting issues throughout. On top of this, he also reinstalled the washing machine drain line incorrectly which resulted in water getting onto the laundry, dining nook, and kitchen floors. Due to the click and lock mechs being broken the waterproof barrier on the flooring could not do it's job and water got under the floor causing further damage; end result is that I am now having to pay someone to replace the flooring in all of these areas. Furthermore the installers brought German roaches into my home and it took almost a year to get them out of my home, costing me more money. All of this has been reported to the owner and he not only has refused to help rectify any of these issues but he has been extremely rude and combative. This is now costing me out of pocket another $3000 to repair on top of the original install of $17000 (which I have now found out is also 3x what I should have been charged). Resolution Sought Refund of the flooring and now replacement cost of $21000 plus the pest control.
