They charged me a service charge for a commercial ice maker. I was informed that it would only take a couple days to let me know. Ever contacting several weeks later 6 weeks the big exact they told me it was unrepairable and charged me $140 service fee. After I hired a dishwasher in my restaurant. He fixed it less than 45 minutes and it's making ice.. Resolution Sought Expose the company for bad Business conduct, And dishonesty.
