Paid to have custom cabinets installed, was told it would take "a few days to install and finish" we are now 12 days of workers "finishing" the cabinets which are still not yet complete. There are many unfinished, uneven, scratch marks, gouges, cracked granite, marks in the granite from equipment when carrying it in, and whenever these things were mentioned the workers became defensive, tried fixing mistakes with either paint or caulk. The gouge under the oven, that they did pacing the oven we were told wasn't done by them, but that we did it. Then became communication is null and void once they received money to start the work, they never showed up on time, but definitely left on time. My granite counterinsurgency are now left unfinished, cabinets left with many marks, scratches and other damage from install, and after nearly 8 weeks of no kitchen and being told that we somehow did the damage under the oven they do not return calls. After my husband told the one worker to leave our house after he said we put the gouge in the cabinet and refused to repair it, we are now left with an unfinished kitchen that has been nearly paid for in full. Resolution Sought For my cabinets to be fixed/repaired and the granite to be finished to the expectation we agreed upon and paid for.
