I bought a solar water heater from Florida Energy Water and Air, Inc, last summer (2021), the sales was 6/2021 and the sales person guaranteed that my savings was going to be of at least half of the bill or more. I gave some much time and attempt to the company to fix the problem and now they are not answering my messages. Resolution Sought To remove the solar water heater and to give me my money back. I have been complaining since month 2.

On 2/25/2021 Florida Energy Water & Air installed a water heater for us that was set up through Lowe's. We had numerous issues with the installation itself, the workers , and we also did not have a permit posted on the day of instillation. I tried various members in the chain of command and got nowhere. On March 6, 2021 I received a letter from "Valerie" from the company advising me that I needed to call right away to schedule the inspection. Attached was a copy of the permit--again, arriving several days after services rendered. The permit sent was riddled with errors. Wrong: date, Description of Work (size of water heater), and wrong date of service. Moreover, I was not provided with a receipt during date of service for the work rendered. I was eventually put in contact with Jason Spinney, Dir of Ops. He took care of part of my complaint in regards to the workers and gave me a partial refund for my inconvenience and their mishandling of this from top to bottom. He also promised a new, corrected copy of the permit was being mailed that day. That was in February and I have contacted him 3 more time, the last one being 5/24/2021- no response. So, I have a water heater & no permit. I paid for that document and the inspection and nobody is responding to my e-mails. Not Jason Spinney, nor the letter I sent to Valerie and CEO Tim Randolph dated 6/1/20201. Are there not legal consequences, that I was not provided a permit, thus making inspection impossi Resolution Sought Provide the corrected permit they indicated was to arrive by mail in February, mistake-free and proceed with the inspection I paid for--all covered in our original fee of $1,100.00. Should they refuse inspection, I would need to avail myself of legal assistance or ask for a complete refund of $605.00 to be made whole in this situation--although I would still not have a proper inspection.
