The agent Avery Williams came to our house and lied about the financing prospect of the water purifier and he didn't tell us when the deadline to cancel the purchase was, and when we called him for an explanation he cursed us out and was screaming at my mother on the phone. I called customer service and they refused to cancel the service at this point they force you to stay with the purchase even if you don't like product all the other agent could do was try to give us a 100$ gift card this is ridiculous and disgusting make sure to not do business with this people. And Mr. Avery Williams should be fired, what a sick person. Resolution Sought I want to cancel the purchase and I that product out of my house. If I could rate less than a 1 star I would.
