We built our home in port Charlotte Florida. We have been waiting and contacting FPL without any success to provide power to our home. Can you help us out? Resolution Sought Provide Power

Power went out due to storm. This happens, but it came back for the whole neighborhood just not me. Website said I had power so was treated like I was the stupid one who didn't know. Then got the ever popular reset breakers. Well I have several times even while standing in shin deep water. This happens every time. The meter is not non & I have no control of that also it took their poling forever to confirm I was right, they'll get to me when they can but there was a hurricane is all I hear. I'm 67, I live alone with my dogs & I work from home so this costs me PTO. Resolution Sought Power restored & for them to figure out why this. House is always missed.
