Clarify for people up front, when scheduling appointments, That they are selling a water purification product and NOT from the water board.

Sells water purification products by giving impression they're from a govt water dept, coming into your home to "test" your water. The man, Brian somebody, entered my house without a mask or sanitizer and when questioned about it, said "I'm not one of those who believes we should change how we live just because of COVID-19. At that point, we asked him to leave, which he did. Problem is this private sales company is implying to prospects that they're coming into your home to test your water on behalf of a local water board and are not respecting COVID protocols when doing it. Deceptive and unhealthy operational practices, preying on citizens' concerns about the status of their drinking water.
