Well I purchased furniture at this store through a finance company that I've been with fore at least five years or more. To sum this up the first set they sold me was damaged so they claim they was ordering me another one which I asked to evenly exchange the furniture so he said ok so the first set was more quality then the next set is what he said.so he charged me another hundred for that furniture and then the rug I bought that they gave me a deal on it was suppose to be an even exchange but it cost me another 150.00 for that so now this furniture I have which suppose to be brand new as he said when I called him back and said why he sold me a show room set off the floor he implied that he sold that to another customer and sold me a new one how it that and I have rust on my table legs. These people keep getting complaints on their business. I want my 350.00 back plus new furniture in boxes and new tables or I'm gonna stop paying. Resolution Sought My 350.00 dollars back that he charged me to get back, just because he had to pay his delivery drivers again to replace that cheap furniture he's selling up in there and they are robbing people. Up in there.

Before I answer or give any wrong statement I need you to provide me with invoice number and delivery date and we will fix your problem 2nd why did you sign that you received your furniture in good condition , I use third party delivery service if we don’t receive signature of you or any other customer we will not release payment to the delivery company Send me your invoice number and we will take care of you ASAP Next time if you receive and damage furniture or any problem with your delivery you have the right to send it back and don’t even accept delivery ?? We are open 7 days a week and one last thing stop by the store and we will take care of you
