I signed up for solar panels with Fluent Solar in February 2022. Since then everything Fluent has promised has been a lie. They promised my electric bill with essentially eliminated. They told me they would find me a new electric provider and they will not. I have used their recommendation on electric providers and the savings are $7.98 a month, but now I'm paying $160 a month for the panels. So paying $160 to save $7.98 a month was not mentioned. My panels are not producing like they should, I cannot even get 85 of the production they guaranteed. I have asked about having them removed and they told me the only way is to pay the full price of $43,000 to get them off. I was told I could sell my house even if panels were not paid off and that is a lie. I was told the panels would be installed with no obstructions, that was a lie. The only benefit I have gotten from this in the past year was a free box of lightbulbs. Nobody will help me with an electric provider. Resolution Sought I would love to have them removed from my house and me not have to finish paying off the loan. I want them gone and no additional money from me. Or, I want the panels to work properly and my electric bill be only the minimal monthly fees like I was promised
