Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I ordered pillows in Nov 2024 and have contacted the co numerous times. I have NOT received my pillows or a refund and I paid $117.00!!! Please help me get my money back! Resolution Sought Refund

Ordered two pillows full size on May 25. Did not receive pillows till weeks later . Sent 3 e mails. Which we're ignored. Had to have bank witholld money..they finally sent pillows. I contacted immediately I wanted to return them as they were not as presented. I have sent 4 emails and made 6 calls which they ignored. I am desperate PLEASE HELP,, they should be. Shut down STEAL MONEY AND WASTE TIME. Resolution Sought Full refund
