I registered summer camp for my son on June 3rd, 2022 and paid the fee : $1200 with a check. The summer camp was scheduled to start from 8/1, 2022. The beggining of July, I found out my son was taking a class from SHSAT test prep , he had to take afternoon classes every day. So, I called the Summer Camp Director's office and asked if my son could attend only half days. However, the person who answered the phone suggested to ask for reimbursement of $1200. Therefore, I went to the Flushing Brunch and asked for reimbursement. A young girl gave me a paper to sign and I signed it and she told me I would receive a check in 4 weeks. I waited until 8/15 but I haven't received anything. So I called them again and again. They told me that I would receive the check in a week but nothing came. I finally found out the girl didn't process anything and the office told me to come again to sign the paper. I emailed the YMCA headquarter but the person emailed me and said they would investigate it . Since then, I haven't received anything yet. We didn't receive any service and I canceled the service almost a month before. If they can't reimburse, why did they say they would. This is a fraud and I need this $1200 right away since I borrowed the money from the bank. Please help me to get the money back from YMCA Flushing brunch. Resolution Sought Reimbursement of $1200
