The gentleman call me about a case on a foreclosure , and he told me that he can Represented on my case to solved the matter I will have to payment for $250 And sign agreement form of power attorney to get information for the case and that he try his best in this matter over few months after payment make to this company he did not contact anyone about the issues he also received and requested all my bank documents and purchase of my home agreement Mr Pond Charan have all important documents about my home information and all my bank documents account I when to court to about matter and they do not known anyone by this name or company and judge told me I should as enforcement about this issues , I would like my money back and I would like know what I can do about this company false restraining of my documents and account they have and what I need stop from doing this to another vault adults Resolution Sought Return all my fee's and payment and court fee

Company states; This client was refunded her full sign-up payment. We have already emailed this former client and refunded her payment as requested on 9/30.
