I did order a blue parrotlet on 12/07/2024, the owner requested a check to be send to his address. He did cash the check on 12/12/2024. One 12/17/2024 I sent several text messages asking for the bird. The owner said it has been shipped already. I ask for a trucking number but he never responded back to me. I never got the bird and I never got any more text messages. The phone number is unreachable. I went to BBB and found out there is over 34 complaints with exactly the same story as mine. I would appreciate if someone stop this business from scamming inocent people. Resolution Sought I WANT refund.

Purchased what I thought was a live bird on April 22, 2021. I still have not received my bird and it is now May 9, 2022. I have contacted them since August 3, 2021. I have all the emails and responses that I have sent them and he even sent me a fraudulent picture of what was supposedly 'my bird.' On September 7, 2021 one response said "I think it will be ready next month". Later on November 1, 2021 he said" Should be ready by Thanksgiving or before". On December 24,2021 he said "Everything looks good for January". On March 18 2022 he refused to answer my letter. Today he said my bird is eating baby food and will be ready before too long. There are 28 emails that I have sent him and it is always the same thing, "your bird is coming along nicely, your bird should be ready in 3 weeks etc. I have kept every email and response and feel at this time that I have been scammed because he has constantly lied to me about my purchase. My order # is 31616, Alan Loehr owns the company at 3433 Lithia Pinecrest Rd. #303, Valrico, Fl. 33596 I can make you copies of everything I have written to him. The reason I did not check sooner is because when I purchased this bird, I thought it was alive and not a picture. Resolution Sought I want the total refunded. The cost of the bird was $699. plus $125.82 for a total of $824.82.
