Land Management refuses to treat flea infestation coming from under the building. They try to spray the flat itself which does not work and refuse to treat the whole building. Fleas are coming from the crevasses of my walls and even my bathtub drain. We even flea bombed and stayed in hotel on our own dime still infestation does not slow down. All Management will do is spray the inside of the house in which it doesn't work. I am pregnant this is not good for me.. I also have pictures as well as emails. She also refuses to work with the time inhave to get my pet out. My pet is treated by the vet and gets daily baths and she tried to blame him. However recently there where animals living under the building and she was told this would happen Resolution Sought Money back on rent

We have pest control service regularly for this property. We have also treated the unit inside once. Tenant did not want to schedule the 2nd treatment inside her unit, as recommended by pest control company. I have reached her on her numerous occasions to schedule service inside her unit, but the pest control company only services during business hours. Tenant has not given me a date/time when she can have the dog removed from the premises, to allow us to treat the interior. Pest control will not treat the unit interior if animals or people are present and normally recommend people and pests are gone for a minimum of 4hrs after treatment. Since she is pregnant I also recently discovered that pest control needs her doctor to give recommendation for how long she needs to be away from the unit after treatment. I have offered to meet pest control while tenant is at work, so she doesn't have to schedule with him, but she is telling me that she has nowhere to put her dog and can't afford doggy daycare for the day.
