Consumer alleges he had the company come out and make a key fob for his vehicle in August. Within 20 days he contacted them because it stopped working. Comopany refuses to return and check out the fob under warranty. Consumer alleges he has been insulted and treated rudely. If the matter is just a battery issue he is willing to pay for that but he needs the company to honer the warranty. Resolution Sought Honor the warranty.
