Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I ordered 2 pair of Steelers crocs and only received 1 and the 1 was the wrong team The Seahawks emailed them and they asked to send them a pic and I did and over 24 hours later, no response and I've left several voice mails Resolution Sought Send me the correct teams or my money back
