On 12/12/22 I rented a car and returned it on 1/3/23. I put down a $300 cash deposit and was to receive it when I brought the vehicle back. They told me I had to wait until they make sure that I didn't get any tickets. I have called on numerous occasions and went there several times for the refund. I have been getting the run around for almost a year. Today they said I can't get no refund. I have my receipts from them. Resolution Sought Refund my $300 plus pay for my inconvenience

Company states: When Ms. Ball last came to our office. She has advised should give us two weeks, to find out what transpired. Before the two weeks approach, we've received notice of this complaint. We will be refunding her deposit of $3000 though we couldn't complete a thorough investigation. The check is ready for her to pick up in the office as soon as the complaint is withdrawn.

I rented a car from this establishment on November 23rd,the next day it was towed for dead tags,got the car back and had to demand the tow fee because they did not want to reimburse me,I also haven't received my $300 security deposit as of today January 14th 2023,this is a terrible business just by reading their reviews on google Resolution Sought I would love to be reimbursed my security deposit of $300
