I went online to check out FOGGS Automotive to purchase a vehicle. There ads state, 1 dime down, $350.00 a week gets you $20,000.00 in credit, bad credit or no credit, no problem. This is all false information. 1 dime down is more like $4000.00 down, they do check your credit report and it is a problem for bad or low or no credit. They charge much more for bad credit. I read the reviews on their website and many people are complaining about exactly what I am. This information is all false. They are literally lying to the public. How can they continue to advertise false information and get away with it? Resolution Sought I think the business should have to honor their promise or they should be held liable for all these people they are lying to. Make them honor their commitment or expose them for their false advertising and blatant lies to the American people.
