Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I placed an order through their website back in September. They advised me to allow up to two weeks for shipment. After two weeks when they finally shipped, I waited another week and there was still no updates on movement. I sent in a message through their website because that's all they offer, there is no phone number to contact. They responded and said to give them another week as my package is still in the queue to be shipped out. Only the label was created, but there had been no movement. I waited a week as they advised and still no movement. I messaged them again, and it's been two business days and they still have not responded. I have been given two tracking numbers, one through USPS and one through DHL, but neither have been updated with any information. Resolution Sought Either refund my purchase or expedite the shipping.
