Bought used car from him with brand new inspection, not even 3 months later I bring it into a garage for a. Oil change to find all tires r dry rotted ,needs brakes rotters struts, transmission line leak, control arms much more ,over 4000. Just in parts, no labor included all while being stranded out of state. I called to discuss options. He got upset told me told me I didn't have to pay for this month's payment, telling me to bring it back when I expressed my concern that these were previous damages & hung up on me ! I paid 2500. Down had my car for 2 months I was forced to leave my car out of state, for he told me if I couldn't bring it back, let him Know & he would get it back to Maine .. I did this he responded with " I'll see you in court " Resolution Sought I believe Dave Folsom put a inspection sticker on this car & sold it to me with a ton of issues for tires do not dry rot in a matter of 2 months & theses are issues that are caused over time again not in 2 months. I would like my 2500. Deposit & I don't think I should have to attend court for he should not have had that car on the lot for sale, nor should he should have put a Inspection sticker on it! It's not a as is wher is business or sale

The Purchase Date of this vehicle was 3/10/2021 Mileage was 123550, she has paid only one payment, she took this vehicle 3700 miles across country and abandoned it at the airport in LasVegas Nevada. The Vehicle had a 30 day or 1000 mile warranty which she signed as part of the paperwork in buying the vehicle and has a copy of it. She never brought up any complaints while she was in Maine never heard anything from her until she was in Vegas. When she bought the vehicle it passed ALL Maine Motor Vehicle Inspection laws. And I know she has driven it at least 3700 miles. So I will see her in Small Claims Court unless she brings the vehicle back to my place of Business. 10 Island Avenue, Skowhegan, Maine. It is not up to me to retrieve the vehicle. Thank You David Folsom
